OVERVIEW	The CLC Program is created in order to bridge the gap between undergraduate studies & the job market requirements by achieving learning objectives through research and analysis, with practical approach of application, CLC provides the participants with the means to develop negotiations skills, be more commercially aware, and master transactions to meet clients’ needs.
DURATION	36 hrs – 6 weeks
STRUCTURE	-Legal research: research methodology, refining a research question, identifying resources, identifying relevant materials, and enhancing legal referencing and citation skills. -Writing skills: the basics of persuasive writing -General Rules of Correspondence -Using plain English -Negotiating & closing of deals and transactions. -Structuring contracts for ease of understanding -Preparation of checklists, proofreading, and documents styling. -Integrating a literature review presenting findings to a scholarly audience. -Effective presentations
